We provide online fitness programs on our website.

User Responsibilities:

  • You must create an account to use the Service(s)

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless you have parental consent.

  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your Account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, followers, username, or any Account rights. With the exception of people or businesses that are expressly authorized to create Accounts on behalf of their employers or clients, we prohibit the creation of and you agree that you will not create an account for anyone other than yourself. 

  • You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other 20 Minute Strength users.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for our services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

Payment and Billing:

  • Payment for our services is required as outlined on our website.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

  • If you have tried our programme, and are not fully satisfied, you can request a full refund. 

  • To be eligible for the 30 Day Guarantee, you must have participated in the programme and follow-along workouts for at least two weeks.

  • All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services are the property of 20 Minute Strength and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content from our services without our prior written consent.

  • The 20 Minute Strength name and logo are trademarks owned by the Seller and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Vertue Living. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of 20 Minute Strength, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from 20 Minute Strength.

Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee specific results from using our fitness programs. Results may vary based on individual effort and other factors.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

  • We may update or change these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
